Thomas Frederic de Lard is the Director of Research and Business Development at Spectrin. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School in Boston and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from York University. Mr. de Lard has published numerous articles on topics ranging from industrial supervision to particle analysis and is also a trustee of the Gaian Society for Physical Research, located in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

Being the longest-serving member on the current board of directors, Mr. de Lard provides invaluable mentorship to his colleagues and oversees the day-to-day running of the Manhattan field office and Long Island research facility.
